I’m Mannah!

(like hannah with an m)

I love Chipotle, being outside, knitting, and childbirth. My life was changed in ways I could never have imagined when I gave birth to each of my children. At my first birth, I was gobsmacked by a lack of informed consent and a loss of my autonomy that left me depressed and searching for answers. I became obsessed with learning everything I could about birth.

I went into my second birth equipped with pain-coping strategies, an amazing support team, and a lot of prayer. The experience left me feeling exhilarated, empowered, and in complete awe of God’s design. Now I help other pregnant moms (and their husbands) learn those same tools, strategies, and mindsets that changed everything for me, so they can approach birth with faith & confidence.
